Founded in the early 1900s with the vision and generosity of the Greenville community, Sarah Simpson Gossett was created out of a heartfelt concern. Today, we carry on that legacy by offering a warm, supportive environment where our residents live independently while surrounded by community, respect, and kindness.
As a nonprofit organization, our focus remains on enriching the lives of elderly ladies who might otherwise struggle to find housing in their later years. Our home is the perfect size to allow for personal attention and a true sense of family.

The Gossett Home is open to ladies who:
Are considered seniors
Are able to live independently
Have a committed family member or friend able to help support
Value community living with shared meals and spaces
